Bio

This journal was conceived from the desire for a healthier lifestyle. I have two beautiful children that I want to be able to enjoy without getting tired or fatigued so easily. I don’t want to have to tell them no Mommy can’t do that because I’m too big. When they get older I don’t want them to be embarrassed by having a heavy Mom. My oldest is just 3 so he wouldn’t notice such discrimination against larger people. But the day will come that he will understand perfectly what the little snickers, stares, and whispering behind Mommy’s back means. I also want to be able to run, ride bikes, go for walks, and play ball, etc. without having to rest so often.
I want to be healthy again so I can feel good about myself physically and mentally. I want to feel sexy and sensual for me and my husband.
I need a life change for my family but most of all for me.
